Join us for a transformational day retreat experience. We come together in movement and resonance, opening our voices, releasing through movement and coming into a flow of sound and melody.

What is voice activation?
Voice activation is a transformational process to open and unlock the true power of your voice.
By learning techniques, coming out of your comfort zone and releasing blockages in and around your voice and throat; we go on an interactive journey together.
The method
During our workshop we create a safe container to activate our voice. Going through warm-ups, singing, toning, vocal exercises, release techniques, movement and more. There is work done in partners, as a group and singularly with each participant connecting purely through the sounds they create!
Our voice is directly connected to our emotions. Through learning voice opening techniques,
we unlock the hidden power of our voice as an emotional release tool.
We can bring our body into resonance, into harmony, by working with and opening our voice.
